What you share

North Star Apex is a recruitment and manpower consultancy. When submissions are enabled, we receive the contact details, work preferences, PDF résumé or hiring requirement you choose to send. The interactive preview does not send these details.

How we use it

We use your information to review your profile or requirement, contact you, and consider relevant introductions. We record calls, follow-ups and recruitment notes. We ask for permission before sharing your résumé with a particular employer. Sharing a profile does not guarantee an introduction or placement.

Storage and access

Information is processed on Cloudflare’s global infrastructure. Résumés are stored privately, with access restricted to authorized North Star Apex staff. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest; it is not end-to-end encrypted against the service provider. Staff-downloaded and exported copies must also be handled privately.

Retention and your choices

Candidate information is retained for up to 12 months without meaningful recruitment activity. You can request access, correction, withdrawal or deletion by writing to northstarapexsolutions@gmail.com. We verify your identity before making changes. Recently deleted database records may remain in restricted recovery history for up to seven days; deletion instructions are reapplied after a restore.

Website measurement

When analytics is enabled, we measure aggregate page views, form activity, approximate country/region and estimated active time. We do not create visitor profiles, record sessions, request precise location, or connect browsing activity to candidate records. Aggregate figures are kept for 13 months. Browser privacy signals and any saved opt-out preference are respected. Only your opt-out preference is saved in your browser.

Security services

Cloudflare processes network information to deliver and protect this website. Turnstile verifies form requests. Our application does not retain raw IP addresses in analytics or store form contents in operational logs.
